  14. I am writing a C application using MS Visual C++ 1.51 on a Windows 95 PC. 
  15. Frequently, when I make changes to the source code, save the changes, 
  16. and try to compile, I get the dreaded blue screen announcing Fatal Error  
  17. exception 0E.  My only option is to reboot (pressing enter is not
  18. adequate).

  20. Any suggestions on the reason and the solution?
